Comes unassembled, includes tools needed. My sons put it together in 15 minutes! Great for putter collection also. Has wheels, easy to move from one room to another, or out of the way. Nice dark-stained wood, made of beechwood in China. Not a high-end item, but looks great when done - I use these myself!
