The check out process allows you, the buyer, to either open an account with Canes Galore Inc., or not open an account - the advantage of having an account is it is easy to keep track of your purchases, shipping, and backorders at any time. An account with us will NOT save your credit card information - this is for your safety. It will save information on your purchases, including information such as length of the canes, and sizes of items. It will keep you informed of the status of each order made.

You can also make purchases without an account with us. We accept orders to ship worldwide, and take credit cards (MC/Visa, Discover/Diner's Club. American Express), PAYPAL, eChecks, and Money Orders, which can be mailed to us.

Money Orders must be accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice, and be made out to the correct amount.

All orders must be paid in full before shipment. No exceptions. We do not bill, nor do we deliver COD.

We do not sell wholesale, but we do offer a discount for bulk buys of four or more items to one address. Please email info@canesgalore.com if you have questions about Bulk Buys. This is by request before purchase only, and is not automatic.

Once an order is shipped it is the responsibility of the buyer. Please refer to Shipping and Returns for policy.
