About Us Canes Galore Inc. started on one wall in a drugstore in California, grew to a specialty storefront, and has been online worldwide since January 1998. It is a second-generation family business. We take great pride in our products, and in our reputation. We believe in the personal touch, so even if you have to leave a message or an email, a LIVE person will get back to you as soon as possible.

Making A Purchase Browse our STORE, and click on any items that you wish to buy, which puts them into your shopping cart. They can be removed or increased in number by changing the amount and clicking UPDATE. When you have finished your selections, click on CHECKOUT and you will be asked for the necessary details to complete your order.
Payment methods we accept We accept credit cards, cashiers checks, money orders, eChecks and PayPal. If you are shopping from outside the USA, place your order using a United States based credit card, or Paypal. If you visit us in person in Troy, Virginia, which is also our home, we can take cash or personal checks. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club credit cards. You may send your credit card information via phone, FAX, snail mail or securely through our HackerSafe website check out. You may also choose to pay by money order from USPS or an American Bank. You may cancel your order before it is shipped for a 100% refund, unless it is a special order item. If it has already shipped, it must be returned and inspected before a refund is granted. Shipping And Handling Our default shipping method from Troy, VA is USPS Priority Mail and USPS Global Express Mail. You may request other shipping options, like FEDEX overnight. Our warehouses ship via UPS or FEDEX or DHL, requiring a street address. Email any requirements you may have, such as a deadline to receive the items, or wanting to combine two separate purchases to save on shipping, to valery@canesgalore.com. Please include your order number(s) to guarantee accuracy and speed the process. Delivery Schedule We process your order within one working day. We will normally ship your order within 2 business days, most often within 24 hours of receiving it. You will be notified if there is any further delay, and given such options as partial delivery, a substitution item, a backorder, merchandise credit, or cancellation. Items sent directly from our warehouses may be sent within 2 working days. Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will backorder for you. You have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We cannot commit to a specific date of arrival, due to factors beyond our control, but we will do our best for you. Please let us know if there is a deadline to meet, so we can work with that goal in mind. Tax Charges Virginia state sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to a Virginia address. Our business is located in Troy, Louisa County, Virginia, and we are required to collect state sales tax. All other orders are tax free. If there is an unusual situation, or you have tax-free status in Virginia, please contact us before making your purchase. Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. If a refund is to be made, we do not usually need additional information to process it. If an additional item is added to an order after the original charge is processed, we will need the credit card or other information to process the additional charges. Guarantee If at any time you receive a regular, unmodified product from CanesGalore.com and you are not satisfied, you may return it within 30 days in its original condition for a complete refund of the purchase price, minus stocking fee. Returns Policy You may return a product within 30 days of purchase, in original condition, for a complete refund of the purchase price. This does not apply to special order items or canes that have been trimmed, as they are considered personalized. Please call ahead with any questions about our return policy. Shipping/handling/postage charges are not refundable. Restocking fees may apply. Items must be inspected and found to be in resalable condition before a refund is granted.
