imported genuine manilla wood whipping cane, 22-26 mm, tapered shaft, 37.5" long with rubber tip over brass ferrule. Ferrule split a bit when installed - will not matter if you have me trim it shorter! Very flexible - that was why it was used! Not for medical support, but great for collection or historical re-enactments. "Caning" was used on schoolboys in Great Britain, and probably elsewhere, to keep them in line, or punish them.
