• 📦 $5.99 flat-rate standard shipping (3–7 business days in transit) on orders under $50

• ⏱️ Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday); orders placed over the weekend ship Monday

• ✂️ Ordering a wooden cane cut to your exact length? Add your measurement in the order notes — custom cutting may add a day, and it's worth it

We ship via USPS and UPS, and you'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your label is printed. International orders welcome — rates are calculated at checkout.

✅ Canes Galore Return Policy – Easy Returns & Free Size Exchanges

We want you to carry your cane proud — and that starts with it being the right cane. Here's how we make that easy.

📏 Wrong size? Exchanges are FREE.

If your cane isn't the right length, email canes@canesgalore.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll email you a prepaid return label and ship your replacement free. No forms, no fees, no lectures.

💡 Skip the exchange entirely: most wooden canes can be cut to your exact size before we ship — just add your measurement in the order notes when you order. Not sure of your size? Our sizing guide takes two minutes.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Changed your mind? No problem. Return any unused cane in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price to your original payment method. Buyers cover return shipping on refunds (size exchanges ship free both ways, as above). Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of your cane arriving back to us; your bank may take a few additional days to post it.

One exception: canes we've custom-cut to your measurement can't be restocked, so they're exchange-only — and if we ever cut one wrong, we'll fix our mistake free, full stop.

📨 Arrived damaged or defective?

Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you — replacement or refund, your choice. No need to ship anything back until we've talked.
