Shipping policy

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $75 or more. U.S. orders under $75 ship for a flat $9.95.

HOW FAST?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday — orders placed over the weekend ship Monday.

Ordering a wooden cane cut to your exact length? Add your measurement in the order notes — custom cutting may add a day before shipment, and it's worth it.

CARRIERS
We ship via USPS and UPS, depending on what gets your cane to you fastest and safest.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight, and are not eligible for free shipping. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
