Frequently Asked Questions
What is sassafras wood?
Sassafras is a North American hardwood known for its aromatic properties and distinctive twisted grain. It's strong, lightweight, and beautifully unique.
What's the difference between the combi spike and metal spike?
The combi spike has a removable rubber cap — use the spike on trails, pop the cap on for indoor surfaces. The metal spike is permanent for dedicated trail use.
Is this good for hiking?
Yes — the 55" height is sized for trail hiking. The leather wrist loop keeps it secure on steep terrain, and the optional spike tips give you traction on rocky and muddy trails.
