Cane Tips
Carbon fiber. 42 inches. Under a pound. For tall men who refuse to carry dead weight.

The Extra Tall Carbon Fiber Derby is the walking stick that makes tall men stop hating their cane. At 42 inches, it's sized for men 6'0" and up — and the carbon fiber construction means it weighs almost nothing despite being built to handle serious use.

The soft-touch derby handle has a cushioned grip that won't fatigue your hand, and the sleek black finish looks more like high-end sports gear than a walking stick.

I have tried to exchange my cane since it was delivered on August 4th

I have tried to exchange my cane since it was delivered on August 4th. I have called several times (ai has promised info for the exchange would be sent within 24 hours and have yet to receive info.) When I request to speak to a rep it says it will transfer and then says a rep cannot be found and I leave a voicemail which is not returned. I sent 2 emails with one being returned by Chris. His return phone number did not work and I have not received a response. This is by far the worst customer service I have experienced.
